Yes, we are an authorized retailer. Every shaft we sell is sourced directly from Mitsubishi Chemical and features a unique laser-etched serial number to guarantee authenticity and performance standards.
What is your shipping policy for golf shafts?
We offer secure, specialized packaging to ensure your shafts arrive straight and undamaged. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, and expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you offer custom tipping and adapter installation?
Yes, we provide professional assembly services. You can select your preferred tip adapter (TaylorMade, Titleist, Ping, etc.) and specify tipping instructions during the checkout process.
What is your return policy for shafts?
Unused shafts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please note that custom-assembled shafts (cut to length or with adapters installed) are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do these shafts come with a manufacturer warranty?
All Mitsubishi Chemical shafts are covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
